SALICYLIC ACID FACE CREAM

Salicylic Acid is a category of medication designated as a ‘keratolytic agent’ mainly due to peeling and shedding out the outermost layer of skin in the state of acne (pimple), psoriasis, and comedolytic (does not allow the development of blemishes) and also anti-inflammatory actions. Acne is a very common skin infection, which presents itself when follicles of hairs are blocked by excess oil and dying skin cells.

Benefits:-

Salicylic acid is used to treat acne. It prevents pores from getting clogged and reduces inflammation. It also helps remove dead skin cells, thus avoiding future breakouts.

Precautions:-

• Salicylic Acid is used in the treatment and prevention of acne.
• Avoid contact with eyes, nose, and genitals. If eye contact occurs by accident, wash with plenty of water.
• Advise your physician when you observe unusual dryness, redness, and peeling off of the skin.
